Refund Policy
The short version. If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you get your money back.
1. Your 14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund of any DIYconvert payment (Starter or Pro, monthly or yearly, new purchase or renewal) within 14 days of the payment date. You do not need to give a reason.
2. How to ask
Our payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and processes all refunds.
- Go to paddle.net, enter the email address you used to buy, and choose the order; or use the link in your Paddle receipt email.
- Or email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to buy, and we will pass your request to Paddle.
3. After a refund
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle sets the timing, and it usually takes 5–10 working days to appear. Your plan ends when the refund is processed. The free tools stay free.
4. Cancelling instead
You can cancel at any time. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and will not renew. Cancelling stops future charges; to get money back for a payment already made, ask for a refund within the 14 days above.
5. After 14 days, and your legal rights
We may refund later requests where there is a good reason, for example a billing mistake, a duplicate charge or a tool that does not work for you and that we cannot fix. This policy does not affect any rights you have by law, including consumer rights in the country where you live.
